Air Sea Interface Profiler (ASIP)

Seascan has worked with Dr. Brian Ward (National University of Ireland, Galway) to develop the ASIP profiling instrument.  The ASIP is an autonomous vertically profiling instrument designed to study the mixed layer region of the upper ocean.   We are currently redesigning the ASIP to include a 6 liter buoyancy engine.
